We’re partnering with a growing, tech-driven software business in Southern Germany that is looking to hire a Sales Manager to take ownership of new business across the German market.
This is a true hunter role — ideal for someone who thrives on building pipeline from scratch, enjoys working closely with leadership, and wants to play a key role in shaping the commercial function of a scaling SaaS company.
🚀 The Opportunity
- Own and drive new logo acquisition across Germany
- Sell a B2B SaaS solution focused on educational institutions (administrative & student management systems)
- Work directly with the Director in a lean, high-impact environment
- Help build structure, processes, and sales strategy from the ground up
- Act as the go-to commercial lead with full ownership of the sales cycle
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business opportunities (full 360 sales cycle)
- Build and manage your own pipeline through proactive outreach & networking
- Engage senior stakeholders within schools and educational organisations
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
- Manage and maintain accurate pipeline reporting via CRM (Sugar)
- Contribute to shaping sales strategy, messaging, and go-to-market approach
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales (new business focused)
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new clients
- Fluent German (essential) C1 Minimum and professional-level communication skills
- Based in Bavaria
- Experience selling into the education sector (highly desirable)
- Background in SME / scale-up environments — someone who can build, not just maintain
- Confident, hands-on, and comfortable working without a large support team
